Note main windows on right replaced and exterior staircase on right removed completely.
Fire-hazard trees have also been removed.  Decorative stone on the concrete foundation footings added.  Also note the lower glass block windows were replaced with double pane windows that can be opened.  Decks were reconfigured to drain snow-melt away from house and railings replaced.  BMPs completed in 2007.
