Old staircase removed, Front porch and new staircase re-designed for easier snow removal and stairs now take up less driveway space.
Gas meter now under steps instead of in front of them.
Wall covered in rock with new lantern lights.  New wood garage doors replace old aluminum doors.
Trees were removed on side corners of house.  Glass block garage windows on side of house covered up.

Renovation:  Stucco removed completely.  Structure was re-engineered and replaced where needed.  Decks were re-engineered to drain away from Structure.  Lip was added around roof to allow melting snow to fall away from house.  House was re-wrapped in protective insulating layer and Stained Wood siding added.  Rock detailing added around concrete footings, garage doors, columns and retaining wall along driveway.

Front door has been replaced, porch reconfigured, planter box removed for easier snow removal and to extend porch.
Round window above door in upstairs foyer replaced with window that opens!! (and matches other window on that side of house which is in the downstairs bathroom.)
