Before and After
Planter and tile removed, now wood floor in foyer.
Foyer, Dining and Living rooms repainted neutral color with light woodwork.

New chandelier in dining room replacing old acrylic (plastic!) chandelier.  Note light woodwork creating a lighter cleaner look.  Walls were painted to warm up the Dining and Living room.  Also note glass block removed between dining and living room.
Wall heater on left was moved to under etched glass window on right.

Pink toilet and sink removed from half-bath off dining room
new mirror, sink and light fixtures which match chandelier (replacing florescent box light).
The glass block window which was next to the front door has been closed off providing privacy.

             
Glass block divider and planters gone.
Living room windows have been replaced with larger panes.  (this wall was re-engineered due to rot).
Door to fire escape is now gone, fire escape has been removed from house.

     
Befores and After
This window wall was re-engineered due to rot in center beam and windows replaced due to broken seals.
 Note that new windows are not sub-divided for clearer view.
Wood floors replaced (living, dining, kitchen, foyer, back hall are now all the same wood, lovely).
Note woodwork has been painted lighter color (off-white).

     
Fireplace has been remodeled with same stone used outside for more "Tahoe" look.
Doors to kitchen were removed. 
Also Fire escape and door have been removed.  (Fire escape had extensive rot).
