Cabinets re-faced with wood replacing dated melemine.  Wood floors replace Pergo.
Fridge was moved over to stove area. 
Counter and cabinets added where fridge used to be.
All appliances replaced with new.
Laminate countertops replaced with granite (used to replace island and fireplace tiles too).
Deck door replaces big square window, new deck now off kitchen covers "dog pit".
Old florescent box lighting replaced, with uplighting above fridge/stove area, and fixtures in the seating area.
